Shipping Coverage Area

SpaceWise Beds ships to all addresses within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review this carefully and contact us within 24 hours if any corrections are needed. Orders are reviewed and processed in the order they are received.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days of purchase. Processing time may vary slightly depending on the product and the manufacturer's current fulfillment schedule. If your order requires additional lead time, we will contact you directly with an updated timeline.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Wall bed systems and large cabinet units ship via freight carrier and will require a delivery appointment. Our team will coordinate directly with you to schedule a convenient delivery window.

Estimated Delivery Time

Transit times for most orders range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Total estimated delivery time from order date is typically 7–12 business days. Custom orders or items with extended lead times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via a combination of national freight carriers and parcel services including FedEx, UPS, and professional LTL freight partners. All wall bed and murphy bed systems ship via freight due to their size and weight.

Curbside Delivery

All freight shipments include standard curbside delivery. The carrier will bring your order to the curb or nearest accessible point at your address. For questions about delivery options for your specific order, please contact us at support@spacewisebeds.com prior to placing your order.

Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, delays occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or manufacturer lead times. When this happens, we proactively notify you and provide updated delivery estimates as soon as they are available. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.
